TARGET GROUP
Radiology departments having already a virtual colonoscopy screening program but are looking for continued education.
HOW IT WORKS
1/ We visit your department and the most recent developments in the field of Virtual Colonoscopy are presented.
This could include discussion upon CAD; discussion upon recent reduced preparation techniques, etc.
2/ Virtual Colonoscopy program is reviewed and adapted to most recent standards.
3/ A predefined number of examinations are send to VCTC. The number of examinations is to be agreed upon.
Images are read and interpreted by both Dr Gryspeerdt and Dr Lefere.
Results are transmitted to the hospital via VPN.
Results are discussed with emphasis on false positives, false negatives and how to prevent.
